:p you and me both. I probably would've been happy just to get my connection back on the 18th/19th - annoyed but relieved to have my broadband service back but to find out the company hasn't even bothered to pass on my details to NJP, don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails, and clearly, in other words, don't give a stuff about their customers  - well, i'm going to be looking for the nearest loophole in my contract and getting out as soon as I can. I have a mac from the bt walled garden which I assume I can still use as NJP have never heard of me!

    Still on hold btw

i agree. they dont give a stuff!
let us know if you find anything in the contract. i made copies of a lot of info from redten when i first signed up i'll have to dig it all out,, as it took 4 months to get connected in the beginning i was worried from the start something would happen
  • Sod it. I give up. If I use my mac and transfer to Tiscali am I liable for any cancellation fees? Anyone know how much I'm liable to Clode/V12 for? - I signed up in November 2006. Can I just keep paying my 26.99 a month for my computer if I cancel the broadband service (despite their claims its what we're all paying for after all *not* the broadband)
