This address is only a managed virtual office in London, No Redten staff work there. Basically its a posh PO Box with all mail being forwarded on.they might have changed it now but back in february last year redten communications were registered at: 1 finway, luton.... yes, the same service address and registered address of watford, savastore and globally etcRedten Internet are part of Redten Communications Limited, following details gleaned from companies house website: http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/1b...15/compdetails
REDTEN COMMUNICATIONS LTD
23 CASTALIA SQUARE
DOCKLANDS
LONDON
E14 3NG
Company No. 05530583
This is different to the registered address of Globally.
Globally appear to be supplying Redten's customer services function, bet they are enjoying the experience:rotfl:!Mortgage - Free :j

@Donstar - beat me to it - I got exactly the same email.
STILL never got an emailed reply from Redten (or Red 10 LOL).
Ill stick with what I have (providing no limit on bandwidth but then im jumping ship next year without a shadow of a doubt)0 -

Consumer terms and conditions of sale, Clause 5.9
http://www.redteninternet.com/pdf/Redten_terms_and_conditions.pdf
Every time I read this contract I realise it has more twists to it than a corkscrew. Clause 3.1 states the following:This contract and the terms and conditions thereof apply for the sale of computer hardware by Redten Communucations Limited and for the provision of non-chargeable broadbandservices. (my highlighting)
Obviously, my earlier post was wrong and it is the PC and ancilliaries we are paying for via Clode/V12 with free broadband thrown in.
This is from the NEW offer. The OLD offer was paid for broadband with a free pc, you'll notice on their site now that it doesn't call it a free pc.0 -
"Red 10 have confirmed that all customers internet connection should now be restored."
Pretty standard letter, only interesting thing is that Redten admit that there are customers like me who have still not been reconnected, so either Redten are lying to Clode or Clode are lying to us.0 -
Benji? any progress in getting reconnected? I still haven't been able to get through and there's been no read receipt for the email I sent. I went to the Ofcom website today and registered a complaint. I hope everone else here does the same.0

I've finally figured it out - this is all a scam to make us call their 5p a minute 0844 number so they can make enough money to keep the company afloat!;)0

just noticed this on the njp members console under bandwidth usage.
The total cost of additional bandwidth usage is shown below. Your current plan includes 5GB of inclusive bandwidth per month (plus any additional Bolt-Ons you may have purchased). Usage above this limit is charged at a rate of £2.00 per GigaByte or part thereof.
You have currently used 0.186 GigaBytes this month. This is calculated by adding 0.158GB of download data to 0.028GB of upload data used this month.
If you know you are going to use additional bandwidth then you can also purchase your bandwidth in advance by using the Bolt-Ons option. From there, you can purchase chunks of bandwidth from as little as £1 per GigaByte.0 -
colder, it apperas to have gone upto 5gb!0

Been told by the manager it'll be a week, my only plan is to keep hassling Clode until they take responsibility and speed things up or give me a refund. I am paying for broadband that I'm not receiving after all.0
