I have no connection tried last night and my son tried about 15 mins ago.
I've logged onto my NJP account and adsl connection says that order in process also under addtional notes it says "The Asset has already been ceased" anybody know what that means

Just off the phone to BT Wholesale where I explained the situation, was put on hold briefly then told they can't give me a MAC code :mad:. I have to get it from RT :mad::mad::mad:

Did you phone the BT wholesale number that I quoted earlier? They gave mine to me no problems yesterday but I doubt that makes a difference. I guess the extra day could mean that it's now not available. I got mine a day after their web page said it wouldn't be available. They told me that it's got an expiry of 4/4 which goes against what their site said before.

Can anyone tell me if they are getting email from RT I can send emails but not receive them (from RT that is I ncan from Tiscali and mail.com) If you are receiving from RT what server and settings are you using please, I have entered the settings from the redten website homepage but no coconut yet. Thanks in advance

If you are using outlook to download your mail, check your email account settings. Redten used the following POP3 setting "pop.redten.net". Now that NJP are providing the service, the POP3 setting needs to be "mail.redten.net".

Has anybody retrieved any backlog of mail? I had 5 mail addresses on my redten account and nothing has come through since 13 march. looks like it has all disappeared into a big black hole in the internet. Pity redten didn't follow.

Connection seems faster than the old BT one - I'm getting 7286 kbps. Anyone top that?

ANybody else noticed the card details bit yet - I think the card I used is due to expire, so hopefully I can avoid them hurting me.
