Further to my previous post, I didn't give up and actually got through after 49 minutes where i spoke to Paul.I explained that my router is set up right but that I can't connect. He asked if I'd recieved the letter. I said yes. He then said in a cheery voice "Well your connected then, all you have to do is enter your user name and password"I explained that no I (and several hundred others) are not connected and asked if he would check my line to see if it's connected. He said that I had to ring the premium rate line. I explained "NO" He then put me on hold for maybe only 5 minutes then came back and asked my phone number so that he could check the line with NJP. He said that he will ring me back and let me know (the cheques in the post Blah,Blah) but he did promise, i hope he hasn't forgotten ! maybe he's just been called away to a family crisis or something !

Interestingly, it says that my details are not complete (missing town name, mobile number etc), but on entering them the button to confirm them is disabled :rotfl:

Connection Log on there shows only one entry : Packet Date: 19/03/2008 09:42:59 Packet Type: Start - as nobody is at home to have done anything at 0942 this morning (I'm posting from work), does this mean that I might be in business when I get home?

Hi - had been listening to Redten's jazz for 42 mins, when I saw nedmundo's message - hung up, went downstairs to check connection, and home page was up! Not sure if it's being done alphabetically, but should be good news as I'm a 'W'!

nogbad, they never phone back. Have been promised loads of phone calls but get nothing.

According to them my MAC has been passed to NJP at last, am going to phone NJP in a minute as I don't believe them.
