    Just the same as you, it says authentication failed, I'm at work now, but my daughter rang a few minutes ago and said the red crosses at the bottom of her screen had disappeared, so guessing it had connected. Then she had to go out. I logged on to njp/members forum and it does say my line is activated.

    I'm back on 9:45 AM ! Even though it says I'm unprovisioned on the njp website. I'm using the same Netgear 834 box and only had to change my userid. I'm connecting at 8meg down and 440 K up and getting 2Meg down on speedtests and 350K up.

  • So who's still not on? Other than people at work who can't cheak at the mo.

    I'm sending them an e-mail every 10 minutes now telling them how long I've waited for the phone call that was promised. I was told within 15 minutes, it's now 35 minutes and counting! Think they're going to get alot of e-mails.

    Ned,

    I logged into the NJP account and under the connection log it said that it connected at 1.46am on the 18/03 then under the Packet type column it says 'stop' at 6.52am. I think that this was the time when I tried to log on for the first time.

    Did you have something similar?
