Well I'm still waiting for a leter - Redten now claim that my MAC etc have been sent to NJP, but who know's whether that's true or not? Shower of barstewards the lot of 'em :mad::rotfl:

Phone up NJP, they'll tell you within a few minutes exactly what Redten have sent them. If like me, you'll find that Redten haven't bothered to sent the right info. Then it's back on the phone or e-mail to Redten who don't answer e-mails and don't pick up the phone for nearly an hour, when they do they then cut you off again pretty quickly!

Just checked my members area and it would seem I have some activity on the log. Im at work so cant check but maybe my router is connecting ok or at least trying to.

Just a quick question for all you people who are back on and working..
Does your email work?

whenever I try to sign in to webmail I get an error saying connection dropped by IMAP server.

over an hour waiting for the call back that was going to take 15 minutes apparently. Am going to try to phone them again and see where that gets me!

I'm sending them an e-mail every 10 minutes now telling them how long I've waited for the phone call that was promised. I was told within 15 minutes, it's now 35 minutes and counting! Think they're going to get alot of e-mails.

Just checked my connection log and it says no records found so i guess its still not working which doesn't suprise in the slightest.
