Unbelievable, I just finished downloading Lineage II Chaotic Throne: Gracia Part 2 3.91Gb and my Hamster has hit delete rather than install Naughty Hamster, oh well. As we're unlimited I'll download it again:rotfl: Here goes nothing

hi all, just thought i would pop in and see if everyone was free from the hassle and offer any support i can to any still fighting. I manage to to break free in july, after i kept up the pressure with Nick Davies who told me i should file court papers to sort it. i never got that far and emailed him repeatedly til i got a reasonable offer. I had 29 months left at £24.99 and was offered a settlement of around £460 to end contract which i declined. i kept up the pressure and eventually i was offered a settlement of £50 which i decided to pay, firstly as it was starting to affect my family life and i just wanted rid of them. i got my mac code the following day with confirmation that my account was cleared. all things considered i think i got a fair deal as i had the pc and a laptop and managed to keep both.

i was going to try aol but they couldnt get their act together and now im using o2 and im very pleased at the speed and customer services.

so to all those fighting dont give up, keep up the pressure there are still people who will help, and look back at some of the old posts, those from essex, fc not i, jaypee and nedmundo to name just a few were a great help to me.

Don't know if you have service pack 3 for windows, also I-Player lets you record all of the programs from BBC that you have missed, if the service is truly unlimited downloads then there should be no problem, but please be fair, and observe the fair usage policy and only download outside of peak periods, though come to think of it, I'm sure there was no fair usage policy in the original contract. Still I'm a fair sort of bloke. :rotfl:

Fair usage is a very good point. However, I'm upto 45gig since 7pm Thursday, if I had a better speed then it would have been more so how's that fair?:rotfl:

Meanwhile I have received a customer satisfaction survey questionaire regarding the Financial Services Ombudsman and the service they provided ( or not, as the case was given it took them 4 months after the court case to allocate it to an investigator which was 6 months after the complaint was lodged with them )............

my response will make some interesting reading. ( wonder if they will actually look at it this side of 2010. ):rotfl:
