Meanwhile I have received a customer satisfaction survey questionaire regarding the Financial Services Ombudsman and the service they provided ( or not, as the case was given it took them 4 months after the court case to allocate it to an investigator which was 6 months after the complaint was lodged with them )............

my response will make some interesting reading. ( wonder if they will actually look at it this side of 2010. ):rotfl:

Nice to see you around again, I had a customer satisfaction form from Trading Standards a few weeks back, can't remember what I actually said now but worthless, toothless and waste of taxpayers money and resources spring to mind.
Needless to say I never got a follow up letter.

Well I went with SKY max in the end. Started today and i'm getting 5mb/s download speed. Only ever got 1.5mb/s with Redten, so persevere and keep using those unlimited downloads:rotfl:

anyone else been getting phone calls from clode?
today while i have been at work they have phoned the wife and refused to talk to her and phoned my son about 10 times (he has my old mobile number).
my deadten internet will not download anything,

mine is also useless, will not load web pages, does not even register a reading on speedtest.
makes me think something is going off with clode trying so hard to talk to me today

Just managed to complete a speed test, took an age to complete. got 27kb/s download, 23 kb/s upload. This is a joke!!! :mad:

Have same problem speed only 5kbps ! Rang clode this morning who said my account has been closed :j and letter sent out yesterday, got put through to tech person who gave me my mac code on the phone.
Just pleased to have got out at last, hope you all have same result

My escape letter arrived yesterday,1 day after first MAC expired-coincidence ??? Anyway,thanks to everyone on here who helped,to those still with them,follow the instructions re recorded delivery letters.It does work!
