Rung that twice in 2 days but they said they are not taking incoming calls and i was in a queue of 14 people and it could be 2 days before anyone could get round ringing me back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The fight was never about the best deal, the fight was about getting what was rightfully ours, and to give a definitive answer to your question the person who got the best deal was Jessa, who bailed out with all of our cash and subs and left someone else to pick up the pieces. If you won by it good luck to you, but spare a thought for those people who lost money, it has been very much a case of swings and roundabouts, and you have only won through a lot of hard work put in by others.

I hope there were more winners than losers and I do appreciate the advice from all those who contributed to this cause, I'm just happy not to be on the bad end of the stick this time round sorry if I offended anybody

My connection has been running like a dog this weekend - I think you guys who are loading up the bandwidth to get out must be eating into Clode's wholesale bandwidth quota and since it is month end they are on dregs now?

Anyone seeing poor speeds?

Didn't really offend me, I am just mindful of some of the earlier posts, when it was suggested that some of us were only, trying to get out of our contractual obligations, and get a free computer into the bargain, which was never the case, as I said we were only trying to get what we had signed up for, if people have come out of it winning, then good luck to them, having paid £80 to escape, plus the time and money spent on letters, phone calls etc, etc, I reckon I have just about broken even on the deal overall, bearing in mind that I ended up with a better and cheaper service. I just feel gloating about how well we did or did not do demeans the whole effort. As I say no offence taken or meant from myself.
