Have been away and couldnt get in touch
Also could not logon when I returned so had to create a new identity.
I was surprised to find how much progress everyone has made and how many of us have succeeded in terminating their contracts.
I have also filed court proceedings and am now waiting to see how Clode respond.
I also stopped my DD and requested a MAC from Fatcat, it came within 5 days!
Now choosing a new ISP, tempted to return to BT on option 3.

Not looking to promote them, but Sky marked my transfer as Priority at my request. Gave them a MAC from NJP****s on 24th June when totally cut off and got a connection on Sky Max on 3rd July as promised (Up to 16Mb unlimited - shows a 15Mb connection and speed test as shown, and all for £10 a month as I'm a Sky TV customer now). Can't fault them so far as have had great customer service when contacting them - especially tech support.
Definitely a branded product though, as very fiddly to set up email to/from my own domains etc. but getting there. Also have to use their supplied router, whereas I'm sure my Netgear RangeMax Routerwould be better - will probably get sorted to use that soon too, but off to Kos to relax on Wednesday!!
Hope everyone is getting out now - thanks to all and particularly to Essex_zx7r for driving this forum and First Class (definitely not!) an Idiot for valuable contributions (and to others - don't feel unappreciated; everyone is much valued). When I get back from Hols, will go to Credit Card to try and get back nearly 2 years paid for and screwed for! So the forum will continue - 10k posts maybe?

Hands up those that got disconnected for 90+mins between 10pm and midnight last night. It might of been down to a server prob at Fatcat/NJP's end i personally couldnt be bothered to phone Fatcat CS to find out as i've wasted enough money on the clowns in this three ringed circus!

Today I will clearing out all my REDTEN info, all the emails and letters, ALL the history and poppng it onto a memeory pen just in case, but the act of deleteing everything is going to put a good full stop to the 4 month nightmare. I too feel like framing the final letter from Clode, but I don't want to remember any of it.

I've been told I'm a free man and DD payments from the original walled garden date are to be refunded I'll only believe it once the official letter and cheque are in my grubby little hands though.
