Ok a quick English lesson for NJP Services.

    Compact Oxford English Dictionary

    unlimited

    • adjective not limited or restricted; infinite.

    Definition
    unlimited adjective
not limited; having the greatest possible amount, number or level:
Passes are available for one month's unlimited travel within Europe.
Demand for health care appears virtually unlimited.

    (from Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary)

    Compact Oxford English Dictionary
    Fair

    • adjective 1 just or appropriate in the circumstances. 2 treating people equally.

    fair
    adjective
1 treating someone in a way that is right or reasonable, or treating a group of people equally and not allowing personal opinions to influence your judgment:
    (from Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary)

So that's plain English easy to understand cant be easily misinterpreted right?.

So how is it fair to restrict a person/persons "Unlimited usage connection" for using a legal application ie: BBC iPlayer/4oD to download and view perfectly legal material.

Being a ex-fast4 victim I think no one should trust farce4/NJP.
I had a compensation claim awarded against them that they should have paid before the 25/6/08

But they seem to be ignoring the binding results

Anyone still thinking of staying with them BEWARE !!!!!!
    DO YOUR RESEARCH CAREFULLY

A leopard never changes it's spots

Birds of a feather flock together

    about right I reckon

Found this bit of useful info at http://www.ispreview.co.uk/light.php?search=Redten

"It is worth pointing out that, under Ofcom's General Condition 22 (GC22) rules, where the ISP can’t be contacted then the supplier (NJP) may be allowed to issue migration (MAC) codes. We understand that Clode has refused to issue some customers with a MAC, which is also strictly against Ofcom's rules and users should lodge a complaint with the regulator."

Have just sent email to fatcat cs asking for mac, maybe i'll get a reply lol

Looks like its time to speak to ofcom. Am going to give clode one final chance too.

Waste of time and effort ofcom are next to useless, many of us have gone down the reporting to ofcom route with no joy, all you get is "we are trying to contact them, I suggest you keep ringing them" by all means have a go but dont get your hopes up.

may be quiet as I think a lot of people have now managed to negogiate deals, the numbers with outstanding problems is growing smaller day by day. If your still fighting then PM or email me via the deadten site so that I can gauge the numbers left.

Why is the forum getting so quiet?

I'm sure there are lots of people who are not happy with this entire fiasco.
