I have only just filed my papers so it will probably end out of court, but if it doesn't I will produce my ASA letter as part of my evidence. The status on Money Claim is showing "Issued", how do I tell when clode have received their copy?0 -
Decided not to procrastinate any longer. I've submitted a claim to the credit card company that processed my 3 yr upfront payment. They've asked for copy invoices / t&cs ('to see if we can help you') which I've sent.
Will keep you posted. Anyone else gone down this route yet?0 -
I submitted my court papers yesterday! At last and end is in sight. I've already moved from redten to BT. So i'm paying 19.99 a month for a free computer. I decided to cancel my DD using the consumer credit act to withold monies and notify the Licenced credit broker, Clode.0

Some of the original pages seem to be back on redten site
If you click on box 24Meg upgrade a window opens with this:-
Up to 24Mb broadband
XThanks to our £12billion infrastructure, Redten Internet members will get a free upgrade to up to 24Mb* broadband when BT upgrades its exchanges. The first upgrades will take place in April 2007.
* actual download speed dependent on local availability and distance from local BT exchange
I wonder what happened to that £12 billion
Reckon the Jessa's must have gone off with it!0 -

You have to admit that they do TALK a good service! But at the end of the day BullS*** is still BullS***, But having said that, I suppose that as Murphx supply is still provided by BT, then the 12 billion pound infrastructure is still there, pity that they don't give what they promise though.
I have not heard of a single R/T customer on 24Mb broadband
