(I've not looked in on this thread until today - so not sure what the history of what you all have done to get out of this bind)

I got auto transferred to NJP Services (Now FatCat?)
I'm getting only 1/2 Mbps - is this about the same as everyone else?

Clode have not replied to my emails.

Any news on how we get out of this?

- I signed up for 3 yrs d/debit with Clode and want to know how to cancel the finance and get the MAC code to transfer.

Sorry I've not been saying much lately. To cut a long story short, I have ended up settling with Clode at £60 and have now used my MAC with BT (Tiscali wouldn't accept it).

In the meantime, my speed has been proper throttled! Barstewards!

Where does it say FatCat? If you log onto your bandwidth monitor, it now says 15Gb limit - they are so generous aren't they! Another cunning stunt!

Whether it's Fatcat or 15Gb cap, it would be nice to hear it first from the provider. Nothing changes.

They really are unbelievable, I just checked mine and it says im on unlimited but because I have been downloading allegedly unfairly my speed has yet again been restricted. Give with one hand take away with the other. Is that how they are managing to offer unlimited broadband by making download speeds so slow its not worth using? Yet again no notice b4 enforcing their new rules. Also in big in ya face letters it says Fatcat Communications limited.
