To check what you have used first log into your home page

    https://secure.njpservices.com/cust_myacc/files/maLogin.asp

Then from within that page enter:

    http://secure.njpservices.com/cust_myacc/files/maAdsl_bandwidth.asp

That should allow you to see your bandwidth used

mine is 10.2 gb in spite of 20kb/s speed restriction

    Have a nice day Y'all

I got it now Jaypee. I was highlighting the link and pasting it into the browser but clicking on it worked fine. :T
I'm at just over 30Gb for the month and well throttled.

I also got a letter from the ASA, saying that case against Redten had been upheld, they also noted in the letter to the ASA council that Redten had not responded to the ASA's enquiries (No Surprise there then)

The report contains a statement called
    "The Action"
We told Redten not to repeat the promotion in it's current format and asked CAP to inform it's media members of the problem with Redten.

Not sure what CAP is but it's mentioned a couple of times in the letter, I'll scan it and have it put on deadten later on.

Yet another toothless quango that have done little more than written a letter to redten to "slap their wrists"

The CAP Code. This eleventh edition of the British Code of Advertising, Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing came into force on 4 March 2003. ...

They also asked to treat the Draft Reccomendation as confidential untill 26th of june as the wording may change up untill that date and as Im not Redten or Clode I will do that.

I got the same letter from the ASA too. This will be quite good evidence for anyone who makes it to court.:T

Is anyone actually at that stage yet - court action, and is going "all the way" so to speak?

Filed papers yesterday - so I got to wait for Clode & Redten to accept papers first.
