No, I'd threatened it. Then my legal advice from my insurance company was to offer a settlement since they didn't think I had a case. I held off and it seems to have paid off.

To be fair though, my service stopped in March and I've still been paying the direct debit since then even after I switched isp in April. Its worth it to be shot of the whole sorry mess though:beer:

Weeks after migrating to BT my Redten @mail address are still active

    thanks Redten

You mean you are getting the Junk mail through still? :o

I am, will give it a couple more weeks to let anyone I have missed with my new address to catch up, then I will remove the account from outlook and incredimail, as I say majority through redten is to do with little blue pills, though as the service is run by W****rs I suppose that is all we can expect. :rotfl:

I have only just filed my papers so it will probably end out of court, but if it doesn't I will produce my ASA letter as part of my evidence. The status on Money Claim is showing "Issued", how do I tell when clode have received their copy?

Got my ASA letter yesterday and spoke to my solicitor. He says once this is in the public domain it can be used in evidence if you take Clode / Redten to court. He says that this has happened before and the defendant has ended up paying the full amount. Clode will have to worry about this new development it could mean they can't just cancel the agreement but have to pay ALL the money back. I can afford to wait for them as once I have details from OFCOM and Trading Standards they will be f***ed.

I would advise you to stop the direct debit as well, even though we know how trustworthy Clode are !
    Who cares ??
