Just to let you all I know, I have reached a settlement with Clode, part of the settlement agreement says I am not allowed to disclose details, but lets just say I believe I got the better deal.
I'll keep on the forum and will help as much as possible with anyone.
If anyone feels the help http://www.deadten.com has given was worth while and would like to show their appreciation then please make a donation to
http://www.spiritofthedog.org.uk a charity that I'm involved with.
Thanks everyone for all the help without your support I think my head would still be bleeding from all the banging of it against the wall.0 -
I also have reached a settlement with Clode. Im off to O2.
I wont discose details as feel this would jeapodise my position, but thank you all for your help and assistance in this regard, your support has been much appreciated.
Thanks again.0 -
Well I've had enough, looks like the legal route is the only way to sort it out. I guess I'll just have to start proceedings. Just sent following email
Mr Davies
Another month has passed and there has been no further information forthcoming.
At this point I feel I must stop further payments and instigate legal proceedings, I believe that means that you will have cases to answer in all 4 countries of the UK - well done.
Regards,
I'm in NI so that would mean that their lawyers will be racking up the airmiles now won't it.0 -
Congratulations to you both essex and gnipper! I hope you are both happy with the deal, and the relief must be fantastic.
This does raise the question though, with the impending announcement next week, why have they gone for deals with two people now?0 -

Just sent the following email off to Clode. Will watch with interest for their reply if any.
Hello Louise,
Would you like to accept my offer or do Clode to prefer brinkmanship? I was just wondering as you have just recently come too agreements with two of your Redten finance customers prior to meeting them in court.0 -

I've no doubt its because you two were the biggest thorn in their side and the main drivers of this forum and the site. and by settling they have effectively gagged you from telling the rest of us the details
Well done to you both and thanks for all the help, lets hope the rest of us get free soon.
off now to email clown again!!!!!
