Just to let you all I know, I have reached a settlement with Clode, part of the settlement agreement says I am not allowed to disclose details, but lets just say I believe I got the better deal.
I'll keep on the forum and will help as much as possible with anyone.

Well I've had enough, looks like the legal route is the only way to sort it out. I guess I'll just have to start proceedings. Just sent following email

Another month has passed and there has been no further information forthcoming.

At this point I feel I must stop further payments and instigate legal proceedings, I believe that means that you will have cases to answer in all 4 countries of the UK - well done.

Congratulations to you both essex and gnipper! I hope you are both happy with the deal, and the relief must be fantastic.

This does raise the question though, with the impending announcement next week, why have they gone for deals with two people now?

Might be because if been a a right pain in the !!!! to them for months, and want to get shot of me once and for all, don't care really, just glad I'm completely free now, and not out of pocket.

I've no doubt its because you two were the biggest thorn in their side and the main drivers of this forum and the site. and by settling they have effectively gagged you from telling the rest of us the details
