just spoken to the FSA and Clode are only regulated by them for Insurance sales, Clode Funding are an introducer for insurance products with Clode Retail fulfilling the agreements. Clode Funding are not allowed to sell insurance products, but they couldn't confirm if they were allowed to see Loan's. Referred me to the OFT, but also advised letting my case go to court and let the court decide..0

Just checked all my papers from day 1
All communications are from Clode Retail Finance even the thank you for using letter
The actual agreement state Clode Funding as the lender
The Logo V12 Finance also appears on the contract so I expect that will be the next red herring sorry about the word R*E*D there
And maybe the settlement figure is for a none existing Clode Finance agreement and after paying that they will try for the Clode Funding one LOLWho cares ??0 -
reported them all again to OFT who are looking into this stalling tactic and if there is any validity in it.0

Ooh!!! I wonder what the announcement regarding the Redten service next week will contain! I don't think I can wait much longer.
Clode - you are so naughty, prolonging the suspense!! Someone needs to put you over the knee and give you a good spanking!!!!!Beware the character seeking personal gain masquerading as a moral crusader.

Thanks Essex
I have just ordered the company information for all these cowboys.
Can you send me your email address to pm and I will send you all the reports for your use and putting on the web site. Saves everyone paying for them.
It looks to me that Clode Retail Finance is the principle company and the others are tied agents for it.
Nick also the director of V12 another tied agent for CRF.

Strange this as every bit of communication I have including this letter all comes from Clode Retail Finance Ltd. Is this a real technical loophole, or are they just stalling for time.
They can't get out very much as they obviously want an invite to meet up with everyone a 2nd time!Beware the character seeking personal gain masquerading as a moral crusader.

I've just spoke to Clode, Clode funding ltd will appear on all bank statements as they use that name for the banking side.
I have amended my forms as "Clode retail finance trading as clode funding limited"0 -
Do you think a typical day at Nick's goes lie this......
Hi Nick retail, hows it going? Ok Nick at Funding , hows yourself?
For everyone's benefit
nickd@clode.plc.uk
bit of a misnomer that really cause they're all ltd companies.
