We was lucky enough to get our mac and moved over to o2 around mid April, no money extorted from us by clode and the mac was released by someone at Redten , anyway the main point is we normally had the direct debit taken at the begining of the month and have obviously canceled this now it is the 20th (21st technically) and have heard nothing from Clod, is there a timeframe they must adhere too after missed payments by which they must make contact?
This is similar to my situation, Redten cancelled my line, not just a release of mac, but actual disconnection of broadband services, Clode still want their money as they say it was at my request, I can see them saying asking for your MAC was your request and so the money we still be outstanding,

    @ anyone interested.

I expect to see Clodes defence papers either later this week or next week. I cant wait to see what it says!!

Redten still havent responded to my court papers. No real shock in that, but must admit for a company that has a long term aspirations its an odd thing to do, accept CCJs!

This brings me to the conclusion that Redten are going under. Maybe I should just be patient because if they do then Ill be without Broadband (again) and Clode will have no option but to cancel.

Should've taken my counter offer Clode. Should've taken it.

I would just like to say that I have finally got my installation date for O2, which is the 29th May (day after my internet is turned off by Clode/NJP).
I was one of the lucky ones who only had to pay put £30 to end this nightmare.
For anyone who is interested O2 so far have been brilliant, very informative, very helpful, keep you up to date promptly, and oh yes very professional, what a refreshing change that is!
Not sure if other people are experiencing it but I am having constant drop outs and reduced speed, even though I am only about 10gb in to my 15gb allowance.
Many thanks to every one on this forum, sterling work and I wish you all the best in your battles.
I will keep you updated on the performance and speed of O2.

I have constant drop outs, email outages and very poor speed compared to my original connection.

They might be right actually you know, if I cant get online then 15gb would be enough.

    STRESS!

You have currently used 14.943 GigaBytes this month. This is calculated by adding 13.378GB of download data to 1.565GB of upload data used this month.
But still no warning email, What happens next ?

You mean it will actually run slower than it already is !
I didn't think that was possible, I thought FAST4 was a comincal name, like a pun, "fast for sloths". Not sulking yet, I still got 57MB to surf till the end of the month.

On the FAST4 home page where we can look at our account, my details are wrong, mainly due to redten being muppets, and it says every time when I log in to update the contact details. Unfortunatley the button at the bottom says DISABLED and so I cannot update my details. is it me?
