i phone NJP, and they said my postcode/telephone is not on their system and then advised me to contact redten.

got through redten on the phone, and they told me that they will pass my details onto NJP.

what number did you use to contact NJP the ones i have phoned i get a recorded message saying that they are too busy to take any calls and then it cuts me off.

Yes agreed different 'Registered' Company but it is what Redten Communications was formed out of when Watford Electronics bought them, and looking at the contact names and addresses, seeing one being wound up is whats causing the alarm bells.

One possible way to check your migration status is to log onto the FAST4 (!!!) members area using your existing RedTen username and password (ie the name before the @dsl.com) at...
www.fast4.net/members

(NOTE the user name for me was in the format "joe.bloggs.redten")

This redirects to an active page at
https://secure.njpservices.com
with a banner of "RedTen working together with NJP Services".

I concur that if you keep trying the custserv number you eventually end up in the queue.

If your still unsure as to the connection between Redten Computers and Redten Communications(apart from the same peoples names, same address etc) have a look at www.redten.co.uk

to be honest, in my situation the best thing that could happen is that Redten do go bust.

Means that the finance agreement can be discarded and Ill sign up with someone else - jobs a good un.
