Not answering phones anymore, (not even to hang up on you)

Clode are no longer telling you to contact Redten every time you call.

One would have thought so. Then again, I'd have thought there are a great many things, where common sense would prevail. It seems to be lacking in certain quarters of a certain Welsh City!

I think that if Redten died officially then Clode and NJP would push hard to retain as many customers as possible probably under Fast4 (which is no better than Redten ) just hope the "get me out of here" brigade including me dont end up with a tagged line and no Mac :mad:

Not sure if this adds to the picture but I just got this from my local trading standards:
Dear
No further news of any value regarding Redten. However, I have carried out the Companies House search for the company appointments.
It shows that Baber Gulzar, holds appointments as company director and secretary, since 2007. It does not have any record of him resigning this position.
As I have not had any response to my letters to the Docklands and Luton addresses I shall try writing to Mr Gulzar's home address, as listed by Companies House, (38 Franklin Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 7YA)
