I didn't ask for the surge protetor or recive it, and they pay me £14.04 back
the day after I signed up. Strange!

No need for the apology, fair play to you, you did what you had to do for you and your family. it makes me wonder how these people can sleep at night knowing what pressure thay are putting on peoples family life, finances and time. its about time they took responsibilty for there actions.

Jeff57 - totally agree with you, I cancelled my DD last month and if they want the money they can call me, email me, or write to me! Should have gone out on the 25th - but heard nothing as yet and don't expect to. I am not worried if they threaten court action - bring it on Clode cos you don't have a leg to stand on!

I say cancel all DD's with immediate effect!

everyone should cancel there DD but store all your evidence for 6 years, these crafty sods will wait 5 1/2 years then take you to court hoping you will no longer have it.

Anybody else subscribe to Which? magazine?

Just filled in their latest questionnaire about ISP survey -
want to know things like why we chose package, unlimited etc, how happy we were and lots more - seemed to get a lot of "very dissatisfied" ticks.

Just done the same. Feel slightly better having ticked as you did and vented my anger in the free format comments sections. With any luck, Which? may pick up on these.
