Im getting rather fed up with the way Clode are dealing with this. All I want is to speak to someone who has the authority to give me answers. Seems like there is only Nicola Dobson and Louise that are working to sort this out. Still nobody has addressed the issues and I keep being told to put it in writing and someone will look at it and get back to me. When I explain that i have already done this numerous times and nobody has responded to my complaint in the last 7 or so weeks i get told we are going round in circles and there is nothing more they can tell me and then have hung up on me. This is not what I would call customer service.0

there is no service from clode, yes they are cheerful and give the impression that they are trying to sort it out, the only thing they are trying to sort out is how to get as much money out of us as they can before deadten go belly up.0 -

Hi, i havent recieved any offer yet and am as we speak on the phone to Clode speaking to a woman called Beata, she has informed me that not everyone will get an offer. I asked her why that was and she couldnt tell me so I asked if she could put me through to someone who could give me a reason. She said that it was the customer relations dept. so I asked her to put me through to that but she said they didnt have a number. Finally she said that only people who had complained were getting an offer. I told her I had written to her on the 2nd April through registered post and that as yet Clode have just ignored me. I have also emailed. Shes put me on hold. She now says that shes very sorry they have not replied but they have had so many complaints from Redten customers and that if I would be interested in an offer can I send them my email address.0

I've had no response from my rejection of their offer yet i'm not holding my breath!
Just wondered if anyone had actualy spoken to or got an email from Redten in the last few days? (Not NJP pretending to be redten)
I think that Redten turned off the lights and went home and Clode have been behind the move to NJP from day 1 of this fiasco, they're just trying to save their company thousands in lost revenue. Because if Redten shut down and no one got any service every single customer would be on to Clode to cancel their agreement. A work mate tried to sign up to Redten (JUST TO TEST) and guess what you can't!
So surely if all was well with DEADTEN as clode would have us believe then they would still be accepting new customers??

i have just had a reply to my counter offer of 1p, i thought that i was being more than generous but they don't seem to like it.
" I am writing to confirm that your below offer is declined. Your complaint will continue to be investigated."
whats to investigate you (clode) cocked up, you took on deadten, you took a gamble and lost now stop holding us responsible for you mistakes, and stop holding these other people ransom over their mac codes.
come on do the right thing and cancel the contracts, you know you what to,0 -
i wouldnt over clode even 1p because you r admitting you owe them money and they dont owe you money in copensation0
