I dont understand why clode are making offers they said in the last letter i got from them

I guess the offers are from the heart as they want to help us all OR there intitled to nothing and have got a real clever guy worth his weight in gold writting the begging letters and would seem he has had some success employie of the month award in the bag lol :rotfl:

Hi Walber99, My DD should have gone out on the 25th - but it was cancelled last month , though I paid by debit card then! But not this month or any other month - let them take me to court! Had no letter complaining as yet - but then clode are not the fastest to get out a response are they?

If anybody needs a new ISP ive got an idea for walber.net all you have to do is borrow some money from nedmudo at 0% and i will send you some yohgart pots and string (i got the idea from a tv advert) im also thinking of throwing in a free bag of chips but dont eat them all i might want them back....oh yea i forgot to say one day it might stop working for no reason

I have spent most of my evening writing my rejection to clode, I point blank refuse to pay anything to get out of a contract that has not been fulfilled by these companies.

they have chosen not to address the individual complaints instead opting for the we remain confident that Redten are capable of providing your broadband connection as per your contractual arrangements and we are currently working closely with them to ensure that your complaint is resolved.

seems like another way of avoiding the big issue. I have repeatedly told clode i dont want a deal i want my agreement cancelled as i am not and have not recieved a satisfactory service as per my contract.

As I said earlier, Clode can actually save money by paying people £12 per month, as they are currently paying NJP £16.95 per month for a capped service, yet only getting in £12.99, like others I suspect RT may be about to declare insolvency, all indicators are pointing that way, company mortgages, Baber resignation etc, so when the proverbial hits the fan Clode could be left holding a bigger hot potato than necessary if they can get rid of a lot of their customers relatively cheaply.
The time limits given for responses to OFCOM must be nearing completion as well, I know when I spoke with OFCOM a couple of weeks ago, they had given 28 day notice period definitely to RT and possibly Clode for RT to declare whether they were going into administration. (OFCOM's words not mine), so once again could account for the sudden urgency. Whatever the reason I think the next few days are going to be very interesting one way or another. Time will tell
