Just going through all my original paper work and found this, which CLEARLY states the PC IS FREE. Also have invoice stating cost of PC £00.00 so looks like i will be paying nothing to clode. :T Trying to load document, does anyone know how to get a scan on here?
nov2006as1.th.jpg click on doc to read.
Upload it onto the deadten site.

Anyone know if you can claim your own professional time when making a claim against Clode, I've claimed for phone calls, and letters etc, but what about the hours wasted to try and sort this ?

    Thanks
I dont think you can claim personal time but if it is out of your professional time then you can even claim the lunch breaks ;) and i think as one of my friends went to court over something very different but same in respects of broken contract even got his pay for days lost at court and even the pay to get cover for his absence :T ohh plus your travelling fees and accomadation to if needed if you do go to court all reciepts and time of work for occasion must be retained by you to present on the day :) and i would persume you have used a lot of your working lunch time to chase this i suppose you might be able to claim for them times not shure but worth a stab.

    Hi all
Just had a good laugh looking at the offers that have been made
for some reason i have not been made an offer
go on clode make my day lol
i have got 22 months of payments of £19.99 outstanding no my agreement... or they have 22 months of providing unlimited connection at a good speed (not an NJP service)
i have good reason to believe i wont get that service and i hope they have good reason to believe they wont be getting £19.99
so i guess that will be an end to the matter
im so sure its all over for them

i would if i was trying to claim my professional time show evidence of my hourly rate in my employment calculate how many hours spent writting letters time spent being on hold backed up by phone bills example 40h time x 13.50 per hour = £540 and add to claim

If we could claim professional rate for our time, I'd bankrupt the ******s with the amount of time I've spent looking at this and researching etc.

The whole chapter is a shame - I was perfectly happy with my original service. Too bad Redten pushed their luck by offering £12.99 per month. That's what I think broke the donkeys back.
