The foundation of law in this country is common sense. The judge will look at your case and as long as you have done nothing wrong, award everything in your favour.
Clode on the other hand are not meeting their legal obligations and one suspects that might not look so good in a judges eyes.Beware the character seeking personal gain masquerading as a moral crusader.

not sticking up for clode but at least there still reachable i was nearly on a plane to england to pay redten a visit since they wouldnt answer there phones0

companys just cant last if they operate like this wise up any 1 who thinks redten is not in receivership what company can go this long with no contact with there customers there gone bye bye0

there are two types of law in this great land of ours
statute law (laws that have gone through Parliament) data base of statute law
and common law (laws that are made through precedent by one judge, other judges then follow suit) Communications and media common law here.0 -
