The foundation of law in this country is common sense. The judge will look at your case and as long as you have done nothing wrong, award everything in your favour.

Clode on the other hand are not meeting their legal obligations and one suspects that might not look so good in a judges eyes.

companys just cant last if they operate like this wise up any 1 who thinks redten is not in receivership what company can go this long with no contact with there customers there gone bye bye

there are two types of law in this great land of ours
statute law (laws that have gone through Parliament) data base of statute law
and common law (laws that are made through precedent by one judge, other judges then follow suit) Communications and media common law here.

I tried to call Redten this week, spent nearly two hours listening to the c**p music and still no answer, the 0208 number is no dead as well.

Seems like redten are in trouble, a couple of ccj's have appeared on their company listing

if any body does go to court first thing you do is ring redten put your phone on loudspeaker and just let it play and tell the judge this is the support for my service
