  • I have been reading daily all comments, and waiting for a reply from my 2nd recorded letters to both clode / redten. The ten day final date is close at hand. I will be stopping payment to CLODE after this date and starting court action. All i want is to use the internet without any capped limit, which is why I went with Redten / Clode from day one. I will not accept any service less, as CLODE would not accept me to pay less.

    Back on-line properly. After Redten cut my line on the 18th April, Now with BT, at least it's a company that I know are not likely to do a vanishing act.

    Just found out my court costs will be £65 well worth it. Total Amount £603.58

    I'll deliver them by hand on monday AM to Winchester Combines Court with my Cheque of £65 made to HMCS.

    They have had well over a month to sort this mess out.

    They now take the *ISS.

    And if you think I wont do it! Your Wrong Clode.

    We know you read the forums.

    DB, what is the total cost made up of? Is this what you are claiming? Or is it total costs incurred so far?

    Bet you guys wish you could rid yourselves of Redten as fast as Baber did! Nice of him to leave contact details for someone who COULD help. The only time he has actively communicated is to say 'leave me alone I'm not there anymore'. Essex, I know it's naughty, but I hope that deadten's customer service department and web development team is as professional and responsive as Redtens. Then the details will never vanish!

    Just learned that Clode retail finance has changed it's trading name to Viz Finance? could be that it has just reverted back to the V12 Finance name that was on my original contract, or may even be V12 has always been the trading name with clode a subsidiary, therefore most likely nothing, perhaps someone with the ability can check.

    strange though that I can keep the deadten site reasonably up to date, yet Redten are still have unlimited Broadband over there's.
    I have removed Baber's home address from the site. (don't see much point sending anything there anymore, but left his mobile on there as he says he has handed it back so maybe the new MD or Addas Jessa has it, might give it a call in a minute and see who answers.

    Just got off the phone to Clode - apparently they are going to progress my case with Redten on an individual basis now, and I should hear back from them by mid-next-week.

    Which is just as well, because I cancelled my Direct Debit this morning.

    Fingers crossed they'll do the right thing and end this, but if not they can chase me for the money - I'm fed up of chasing them :p

    On a positive note, I spoke to Nicola Dobson about the problem - she did at least sound sincere with what she said. Only time will tell whether that's true or not I guess....

    Well at least she's speaking to people now, I got a bit mad at them the other day, as they said she was the only person dealing with complaints, and only works part time and is never available to talk, at least they have sorted that out.
