    i have only ever had the standard excuse email, no reply to any email or letter i sent. and i agree i dont want any offer. i want out

    The read messages that I have received are automatically generated, and needs to be set up to ask for a receipt from the receiving computer. If you are using incredimail you need to go to the toolbar, and click tools-options-receipts and check to ask for them, which ever e-mail platform you are using will have something similar.

    I've only ever had the standard emails too. But that was when I could get online! (not bee online since the 16th folks !!!!!! is going ON!!!)

    ARGGGH.

    Sill prety !!!!!! off that clode said in their original email that a customer service number was being set up to deal with our queries.

    WHERE THE FUDGE IS THIS RUDDY NUMBER??????

    Dont tell us stuff that aint true Clode!

    ive had read reciepts for my mails to them but never a REPLY!!! i get my mail fine from outlook and i get my msn mail fine too so they have no excuse !!!

    Thanks for your hard work essex......what makes me sceptical is the fact why sunday?? when I find it hard to speak to anybody dealing with the matter in person because they have gone home through the week. So who is going to be working sunday, and if the email is already drafted why not send it at close of business today, then we may all.....maybe enjoy our weekend

    the only reply i have had was a letter that was totally inaccurate referring to a problem that i was not having.

    and i agree i don't want any offer. i want out

    I for one want out at any cost...even if the offer of the service we are all paying for is resumed:rotfl: not likely!!!...the damage is done I could never have any trust what so ever in deadten again!!!

    If its any consolation mac i've had nothing from anybody either....apart from the new login details weeks ago, looks like we are flying under the radar.....hope this doesnt mean we wont get a deal:eek:
