The read messages that I have received are automatically generated, and needs to be set up to ask for a receipt from the receiving computer. If you are using incredimail you need to go to the toolbar, and click tools-options-receipts and check to ask for them, which ever e-mail platform you are using will have something similar.

But this will be in a email and letter on Sunday/Monday
Thanks for your hard work essex......what makes me sceptical is the fact why sunday?? when I find it hard to speak to anybody dealing with the matter in person because they have gone home through the week. So who is going to be working sunday, and if the email is already drafted why not send it at close of business today, then we may all.....maybe enjoy our weekend0 -
the only reply i have had was a letter that was totally inaccurate referring to a problem that i was not having.
and i agree i don't want any offer. i want out0 -
I for one want out at any cost...even if the offer of the service we are all paying for is resumed:rotfl: not likely!!!...the damage is done I could never have any trust what so ever in deadten again!!!0
