I did question this and said can't you tell me by close of business today as it must be decided by then, but apparently they couldn't.
Can't believe there working the weekend, Redten certainly won't, after all they don't work during the week so why do extra at the weekend.

I might be jumping the gun a bit, but if I'm right in thinking that this letter will contain an offer for unlimited broadband, but at extra cost, they can shove it (well you know where!).

It's not rocket science Clode - give us an unlimited service and free upgrade to 24Gb/s when available or if you cannot or cannot get Redten to fulfil our original agreed service, release us or face the consequences!

I've just sent an email off to everyone in the address list on deadten website detailing my situation and that I have so far had no response whatsoever by post or telephone. If this doesn't get through to them I'm going to have to just cancel the DD and suffer the consequences - I'm sure I've got the rights here as they've cleared my line and no longer supply my broadband, at THEIR doing, I didn't use the MAC or anything and yet I am still not supplied by them.

God I'm so angry!

I think he is the only Redten employee or is that x and you have the better secretary unless he,s uses a Redten spell checker.
