I cant belive you guys still falling for Clodes lies and thinking that you are realy going to recive anything from clode, dont you see that they are only buying time.
I spoke to consumers direct helpline on saturday and they told me that i should write one more last letter and title it as a Final Letter and give them 7 working days to restore the full service we originaly signed up for or terminate the contract. And that i should keep payin, but tell them that i am paying in protest against my will ant that i will be claiming this money back. After 7 days i was told to take the matter to county court, this is the link:

The total cost of additional bandwidth usage is shown below. Your current plan includes 15GB of inclusive bandwidth per month (plus any additional Bolt-Ons you may have purchased). Usage above this limit is charged at a rate of £2.00 per GigaByte or part thereof.
You have currently used 29.09 GigaBytes this month. This is calculated by adding 10.466GB of download data to 18.624GB of upload data used this month.
If you know you are going to use additional bandwidth then you can also purchase your bandwidth in advance by using the Bolt-Ons option. From there, you can purchase chunks of bandwidth from as little as £1 per GigaByte.
