I am indeed still here - have to get the ball rolling myself.
I am going to ignore anything from CLode as it is REDTEN who are the supplier of the service, and I have been unable to communicate with them - therefore they are so in breach of contral it is unbelievable now

if i was in your shoes i would simple stop paying clode - v12 send them a recorded del letter stating why keep a copy cancel your house phone witch will kill the line tag and then reconect with a clean line

i didnt get all the equipment signed up to 24.99 a month computer + laptop never got the laptop and never got connected to njp service after 10 march contract canceled by clode least i still have the computer barely covers the cost of the phone calls
