I quite agree. They've got until end of next week to respond to my final letter (if they actually bother reading it this time). I'll decide where to from there.

I'm still here, still waiting and wondering what to do. I've only sent one letter off to Clode/Redten and surprise surprise I've not received any form of reply.

I'm just glad I finally got back online but its peeing me off that Im paying 2 companies for broadband, one of which cut my line off and cleared it of ADSL service, yet are still asking me to pay for it!

I'll send some more letters tomorrow with deadlines and inform them of my intention to stop payments due to not even having their service on my line anymore and if they don't like it they can bloody well sue me!

I suggest you give Clode 7 days notice to restore the service you had before or similar, else you withold payment and store in a seperate account until such time that they do, or a court decision is made! Let them take the court route!

NJP dont need to be holding hot potatoes so i feel they will drop them soon
and then a lot of people are going to have no internet at all
the issues people are having with getting a mac code are very serious
people need to act in some way now to get a new supplier as BT Wholesale instructed on day 1
the information on the walled garden page was so accurate its unbelievable some may have been steered down the being causious road which i feel was a shame as it was clearly not a knee jerk reaction from BT
The whole issue is the monthly payments for something your not getting and not going to get
those that payed up front have been cheated big time
i have stopped my payments so i will not be out off pocket anymore game over for me
all moneys paid up front i guess went straight to redten who no longer exist R.I.P

Hi Walber99, totally agree with you. Redten are Deadten and I'm glad I moved on the first day(and no Nick from Clode if you are reading this! I haven't cancelled my service with redten - cause I'm still bloody paying for it!!! I have had to go to someone who can deliver the broadband service I want). Clode however, have to try and recouperate their losses, but unless they can offer me the service I had before, well bring it on - court here I come!!!!!!
