My post has arrived but no letter from Clode. I'm now postponing my direct debit payments until a satisfactory service is resumed. I'll email them and let them know. Myself and family have been really careful this month (no you tube, updates, software, streaming media etc) and we'll be hitting 15GB before this weekend.

Just tried the 0208 8105244 number (for a laugh you know - I do need to get out more) and guess what, it's disconnected - continuous tone. Presumably our chums at Deadten have not paid their phone bills either. It just gets better and better doesn't it?!
