Hi jaypee thanks for the welcome.

I have written formerly to FSO technical services to see if they will take the case. I have also written to the Trading Standards Institute to make a claim on clode breaching my european rights in respect of consumer law and asked them to investigate this. Am asking them to use the cross border legislation and the can arbitrate in these matters.

Hopefully they can respond in next couple of days.

If we all are going to lodge county court cases then it is likely it will be sent as a group claim to central service and this will make it easier for some people.

We should discuss this as it would have to be done by a group together in the first instance to alert the court administrarion

Clodes 7 working day period to reply to my concerns expires today, I have obviously not heard anything. and will be speaking with my solicitor tomorrow,
and I will see what he says, seems logical to me.

Hi all I have just discovered this site and it is gratifying to know that Im not the only one with this problem. I signed up for the Redten deal £12.99/ month with a "free" computer. All went great until 10 March when I went dead and have been ever since. I have tried everything that most of you have without success.I decided to try and get a new ISP and went to "talk talk "who checked out my line and told me I didnt need a MAC# as my line was free,so that is what I am doing. I still want compensation from Redten/Clode for all the hassle etc. they have caused and would be pleased to add my name to anything that is decided in this forum.I will be eyeing the forum with anticipation!

There has been lots of speculation about who actually owns Redten is is Barber Gulzar or Shiraz Jezza.
Companies house says Shiraz, but when I questioned him he said he had his shares sold last year.
If it's true, (not sure it is) then Barber although resigned as MD is still the owner, if Shiraz is still the owner then he is playing a few people at a game on this forum.
