I have to agree how bad it is that laws ore repeatly broken and there isn't a government body prepared to do anything about it!

There has been lots of speculation about who actually owns Redten is is Barber Gulzar or Shiraz Jezza.
Companies house says Shiraz, but when I questioned him he said he had his shares sold last year.
If it's true, (not sure it is) then Barber although resigned as MD is still the owner, if Shiraz is still the owner then he is playing a few people at a game on this forum.

Shariz Jessa is still the owner as he owns online distribution ltd which has all of redten communications assets, name and logo in hock. Shariz mortgaged everything that was redten to online distribution last year in august ( company house info )

redten communications ltd has applied for a change of name --to redteq ltd--which was applied for 10.4.2008 and the name change is pending. ( companies house info. )
