they are fully mortgaged to shariz via online distribution ltd so unless he pays off the mortgage in full ? so as redten communications does not have any assets at all only full debts then easy to change and clode wont be able to get their £300 back for each of us to wipe their slate clean.

new company could pay off the mortgage for notional £1 and then the company free and clear.

Will inform trading standards but it seems the law might still allow this rogue company trading to exist

Not our problem as our complaint is now with clode and we should pursue them.

This registered company has NOTHING to do with Redten Communications Limited or any of its past/present/future/hiding/devious/useless/scamming Directors. Its owned by a Chartered Surveyor , he'll get a shock if he decides to Google his company and finds this :rotfl: (HELLO!!)

yes thats on the papers that have been actioned on the company account, it lists the change names, of addresses, changes of directors and secretaries, the mortgage of the assets. and also from the intellectual property /patents office, regarding the logo.

You have to pay to view them.

The bit about the 300 was from clode and was given as the reason they would not just dismiss our contracts.
