Be interesting to see what this "mass mailing" letter is and if the letter is sent with any sort of urgency (i.e. 1st class).

Let the fun begin. If it isnt unlimited internet access at speeds equal to or greater than BT then I wont be accepting anyway!!!

Be fun to see if they send it to me seeing as Redten have now cut me off. NJP confirmed they had been instructed on the 11th April to do this but it takes them 6 to 7 days to carry out the work, in the meantime clode aren't doing anything about the cancellation as far as I can tell, although I'm ringing them every hour for an update. Hopefully they will get sick of my calls and actually do something about this. Someone at Clode told me today that Nicola Dobson is the only person at Clode dealing with these complaints. God knows what she's doing as she's not answering emails or letters.

I also think it was rather rude to just cease you connection and not give you a MAC and some time to sort something else out - Perhaps they're holding a grudge.

Just had a phone call from a company called Total soloutions (i think) think it was the original warranty company on the paperwork for the FREE pc.

From A TARIQ........ asking me about the PC I PURCHASED from Watford electronics......

I said you mean the FREE pc i got from redten with the broadband contract?

Oh did they give free pc's away was his reply.....


The only Tariq that has my mobile was from REDTEN ...but he denied it was him!!!!

Anyway the PC you bought........errr no FREE pc i kept correcting him...

Are you aware watford electronics is no longer and your maintenance contract has ended with them ....I explained the PC was FREE and the so called contract was with redten ..

He said he was in a position to offer spare parts for the PC as they had a surplus....Ahhm I wonder why????

The upshot was he wanted to sell me a maintenance contract....... Can you believe these @ssholes
