Anyone else find that at weekends their speed is reduced some what? I should be getting about 6MB download but at weekends I get at best 3MB, I am still within my 15GB cap so no reason for it!
Yes, I've been keeping records too and get exactly that every weekend.

I have got my original email address sorted ok, but the email accounts for the rest of my family have not come back.

I have recreated them on the NJP page but Outlook Express keeps asking for the password. Just note, the email password for my address had to revert to the original password as supplied by deadten but when I originally created the rest of them I supplied the passwords, is there a prompt on the NJP page for a password when creating new email addresses?
Yes but the NJP email page is not that intuitive to use. Having created the new addys, if you go to 'My Email Accounts' and click on the actual addy (not 'email settings') you get another screen, where you can click on 'edit' and set the password.

Beg to differ re spam, have had a mail.com account for more than 15 years, I can thoroughly recommend it, but I get around 8 or 9 spam messages a day, about the same as Redten, but like you say it can be accessed from any computer anywhere in the world and has never missed a message to me as far as I am aware.

Still nothing from Trixie and Bubbles, but hopefully will get some joy during the week, my 7 working day period given in my last mail to them is nearly up, and I shall then be getting back in touch with my solicitor, as requested if nothing had transpired.

Have just been told by CLODE that all our complaints are being delt with on a one to one basis. In my case I have recieved no letters from any one. It turns out that REDTEN have passed my old address to NJP and Clode have no record that I moved house!! Even though I wrote last year and spoke to them when this started. Anyway the lady I spoke to at CLODE just said that I and I think we all should have letters in the post and to us by Friday. I dont know what these letters will contain but she said they are in response to our complaints and what they have discussed with REDTEN. A new offer who Knows, but I want what I sighned and paying for.

Try logging in to the Redten portal there you should be able to see the old email addresses that you used to have, the passwords may be listed there.

Not quite the complete and correct quotation there.
It's "Nil Desperandum Carborundum Illigitimii" and always has been. :D
