Still here and keeping an eye on things. final round of letters are about to go out and then it is on to court action. I will keep all up to date of where i get to.

I will second that sentiment, it wouldn't surprise me if they are now hoping that they can drag this out for another 18 months when a lot of the contracts expire (and I use the term contract in it's loosest sense), lets face it we are now into month 2 with the only recourse looking like the courts, I have already been told by OFCOM it could take months before they exhaust the due legal process, and then it will be interesting to see if they use the full powers allotted to them and fine them the 10% of revenue they are allowed to, or slap them on the wrists and force them to say sorry. We shall see.

Still here as well. Watching and waiting. I ring Clode every now and then to let them know I'm still pressing them, but I agree with all of you who say Court action is next. Just debating whether or not to send these clowns any more formal letters - I've sent 2 lots, asking for the resumption of my Unlimited service, and failing that, the cancellation of my contract with Clode and the release of my MAC code. It's like talking to a brick wall.

Had a useful chat with Luton trading Standards today though - they seem on the ball, although they said that Redten may no longer have any official address within their area, so would pass details onto their London (Castalia Square) colleagues.

Well, I'm here every day, even if not posting. I suspect that, being a reasonable bunch, most of us have given RT a specified number of days to respond to our letters and letters from trading standards. Once this expires it should start hotting up again!

Yeah we are all still here, not much new to tell at the moment, we are all awaiting replies to letters, I just keep sticking in my two penny worth so people know I am still around..

I think FCI due back in the next couple of days, suitably tanned and relaxed, mac code and sunshine I am green with envy. LOL

Hi, still with you guys, gals, I sent my final notice to clode (Nick) on the 11th April giving 7 days notice, saying that I will suspend payments and keep in a holding account until such time that it went to court (and I will) - doubt it ever will! Had no response what so ever, sure I will get the clone letter at some stage this week but I urge everyone to keep at it, I have got my broadband with someone else - but I religeously keep up with this forum 24/7 and we will prevail!!!!!
