Hi Folks,

Still here and checking daily. MSE Archna replied to my email on sat to say that she/he had no luck getting through to Mr Gulzar on the 2 numbers we have for him but would keep trying.

Think the lack of updates probably goes hand in hand with this promise of a letter and has got us all waiting to see if it arrives.

Sent my response to clodes initial letter via email last monday as letter writing was taking to long to:

I think it is plain rude that they don't respond to emails.

in fact it was REDFLAKE who recommended redten to me last year think i might just have to remind him of this!

Think at this stage they will be watching what they say in writing for legal reasons.

Hi Nedmundo, I got my mac code the day it was advertised from the bt walled garden page and moved. I personally think the way forward now is to cease all payments to clode and let them take us to court and if its in the thousands that I suspect it is, at the moment they are relying on us to accept the situation, but lets see how fast they react when the money is not coming in!!!! No more 2nd class post!!!!

We as consumers are totally in the right in this case and the law will prevail, 100% confident in this - no more money to clode!

yes i could. or alternatively i could volunteer for medical experiments, which do you think would be the least painful?

My concern is that once we've stopped payment, we lose the moral & legal highground. This would weaken our case.
