Point 1: What makes you (an ex-customer and nothing more) think you can act as an arbitrator in this, when Redten doesn't even belong to any of the Arbitration schemes set up? Redten won't even talk to OFCOM, Benji.

Point 2: Why are you filling up this thread with uncorroborated, unsubstantiated information?

Point 3: The only person posting "information" is you. You're the one who came on here talking about a new deal and how Gulzar was doing this and that to help people. You're the one who told people here that they'd all receive a phone call from Gulzar himself...and it did not happen. Nothing you've said that Gulzar told you would happen has happened, Benji. That is not helpful information. That is detrimental, as people put off taking further action because of the information you posted on here after your conversations with Gulzar. False information is no information at all.

Point 4: Yes, you are the only person who has managed to get both contracts cancelled. You are also the only person who Gulzar seems to want to talk to. Are the two things interlinked? I wonder...

Point 5: What beneficial, useful advice have you posted since you started talking to Gulzar?

Can we stop all this point scoring now and get on with helping each other work contructively towards our common goal?

It didn't really get us anywhere did it? All that's ahppened is that we've lost the only contact with Redten that we had - nice one!
