There are 2 ways out of this as far as I can see.

You can either go the legal route or you can go the deal route. It's not for me to say which is best, that's for everyone to decide.

Hello To All Fellow Sufferers Under Contract To Redten/clode . I Just Wanted To Introduce Myself To This Forum As I Am Stuck In The Same Position , Having Been Signed To Redten Since Nov. 2006 . I Have Sent Recorded Letters To Redten/clode And Also B.t For My M.a.c Code . No Progress Has Been Made . The Only Reason I Have Not Cancelled My Direct Debit Is I Am Concerned About Damage To My Credit Rating . Has Anyone Dared To Cancel Theirs , Having Informed Clode Of Their Intention To Do So First ? Also , Has Anyone Managed To Get Back Into Their Original E-mail Accounts ?
