  • i dont see how i am better off with information that is not accurate, relevant or guaranteed.

I didn't say it's not accurate. I said that I obviously can't guarentee it but you're better off armed with the info and able to make up your own minds.

i'm a little torn on this, but agree that in the absence of any hard facts this possible miss-information is delaying some of us from doing the neccessary letter writing/complaining that will probably be the eventual way out of this mess.
let's press on regardless, if any of the info coming through benji becomes reality we can always cancel our complaints. though most of us won't even entertain the idea of the deal benji spoke of, so it's largely irrelevant anyway.

    Agreed....

i am simply pointing out to others that you were in the same boat as the rest of us and that all your doing is being opptamistic and trying to look forward to what can be sorted i for one appreciate all your input i dont have to agree with it
please dont feel you have to defend yourself to me or many others

Benjimoron, I hope you don't take offence to this? but why are you the go between for a company like redten and it's customer base, are redten not big enough to speak for themselves? - I don't even know who you are? Are you best friends? Do you know him on a personal basis?

I have answered this several times.

I am an ex-customer, nothing more, nothing less.

If I receive info then I'll post it, I don't guarentee that any of it will come true. If you choose to ignore it then don't read it. I'm not forcing it on anyone.

The only hindrance is that people are choosing to argue with me rather than complete the steps needed to sort this situation out.

the only hindrance is that neither redten or clode are listening to what the customers are saying. i have completed all the steps needed to sort this situation out but we are dealing with a company that fails to communicate with customers or regulatory bodies.

    Thankyou.

There are 2 ways out of this as far as I can see.

You can either go the legal route or you can go the deal route. It's not for me to say which is best, that's for everyone to decide.

I was responding to a comment that my presence here was a hinderance. I don't believe it is. If anyone feels that my posts are hindering them then please don't read any more of my posts.
  • Hello To All Fellow Sufferers Under Contract To Redten/clode . I Just Wanted To Introduce Myself To This Forum As I Am Stuck In The Same Position , Having Been Signed To Redten Since Nov. 2006 . I Have Sent Recorded Letters To Redten/clode And Also B.t For My M.a.c Code . No Progress Has Been Made . The Only Reason I Have Not Cancelled My Direct Debit Is I Am Concerned About Damage To My Credit Rating . Has Anyone Dared To Cancel Theirs , Having Informed Clode Of Their Intention To Do So First ? Also , Has Anyone Managed To Get Back Into Their Original E-mail Accounts ?

If you can't guarentee it as being true or that it is liable to happen then it is worthless miss-information.

If you feel that it is worthless miss-information then don't read my posts anymore. Personally I believe the information to be of benefit to the users of this forum. If you don't think it benefits you then don't read it. I'm not forcing you to read it. Simple as that.
