You need to go to the NJP members area to set up any additional email accounts you had.
Also you need to put (84.45.23.34) in for incoming mail server in you're email program.

it has been nearly 6 weeks since redten provided me with internet access
on day 1 after not being able to contact redten and being told by clode that they were in the dark i got and used my mac
i changed to bt no problem and for £18.99 a month have had a faster internet
i have sent 2 letters to both clode and redten
i have had only the standard written response we all had
i do not intend to pay £19.99 to clode for the next 22 months
i have sought legal advice through my bank who are paying the dd through my account
i have been assured that i have acted in a reasonable manner therefore the next reasonable action is to stop the dd this is the only reasonable action i can think off

if i get a bad credit rating then maybe all the mail i get through my door offering me the best loan rate will stop
RESULT
by the way i work for a company that send 1 million letters a day offering great loans lol

Should be the same as used to sign in on you're modem minus the @surfmax

i think we total about 130 on here sometimes we argue a bit but we are all in the same boat
the bigger picture at the moment is a story with so many twists but it would appear that clode finance are now the official voice of redten as they are trying to limit the damage to themselves
please follow this forum as things change and eveybody posts what they have done today on a daily basis

Should be a customer number on the letter from NJP try that as the login ID plus the passwd in the letter
