I'm sorry I know you are trying to help and the info given so far has been great but just be careful of believing everything he says.
Read my post again, you'll notice the words "I think" and "within a week of the new supplier being finalised". AFAIK the new supplier has not yet been finalised.0 -
Benji rules :T so does Moron:T sorry ...Benjimoron rules:T0

i today got a letter from clode with my name on it but still unsigned.
it read -
"dear Mr ######
in relation to your ongoing dispute with red 10, i can confirm that we are aware that you currently have no Internet connection.
please rest assured that we are treating your complaint as high priority and we are working closely with red 10 to restore your connection as soon as possible.
we are sympathetic to your situation, however please be advised that clode retail finance are unable to cancel your finance agreement, only red 10 can release you from your contract.
we hope to provide a more definitive update shortly.
customer services,"
nice to get a letter even though they got it all wrong.
i do have a redten connection it was only down for the change over, my complaint is about the breach of contracts and the crappy slow download speed and the capped service.0 -
Because they are currently trawling through google looking for excuses not to give people the service they are due.
My bet is they can't give unlimited broadband because of something to do with carbon emissions.
Most likely Global warming, will be the excuse, every disaster seems to have its roots connected, I know for a fact that because of the increase in the hole in the ozone layer, and the massive increase in co2 emissions, bandwidth depletion is being caused at an alarming rate around the SE of England, this massive loss of bandwidth is affecting many ISP's who in turn are having to reduce the usage of their customers in an attempt to save the world.
There you go Mr Gulzer, saved you the problem of trawling the internet for an excuse, for not giving us what you promised.
:kisses3: Don't you just love Redten

Slight contradiction there, Benji. Either MSE has been in contact with you, or they haven't. It can't be both.
No contradiction.
MSE contacted me, I replied, they didn't reply back.
Therefore they have been in contact with me but haven't followed it through.0 -

Benji had his agreements cancelled three weeks ago yet he has more to say from redten than they do themselves. why is this? why cant redten deal with us the customers that are still trying to contact them? why cant ofcom get hold of redten? and as i have stated before why is it that redten can talk to an ex customer and not us?
I have never said that Redten shouldn't be passing this info on themselves, I have stressed to them many times that they need to pass this info on themselves.
However, if I have information that I can post then I will. Simple as that.0 -

please note i have not actually criticised YOU for being in contact with redten. i would just like info from redten/clode that is honest and relevant.0 -

and all this talk about the info benji has detracts from all the other posters on here that have done so much for us all. maybe we should show them some appreciation.
Obviously I have no way to guarentee that any of the info that I post will come true. I have not posted it as something that is guarenteed to happen but rather info I have been passed from Redten. I would love to be able to guarentee it but I'm sure you can see that I can't.
I believe that you are better off with the info than without. As long as you bare in mind that I can't guarentee any of it then you are better off with the info.
If you don't want me to post any info I receive then just don't read it. No-one is forcing you to.0 -

If you can't guarentee it as being true or that it is liable to happen then it is worthless miss-information.‘I am not a number, I’m a free man’0
