I have stressed many times with him the need for more official communication to come out. I have posted details of this before.

Like Walber I've been checking in here every day for updates and posting anything useful. I'm extremely grateful to everyone who has taken the time and effort to find out all the details we have, who've called and emailed incessantly and gathered the evidence we need to sort this matter out. This last couple of days I've noticed an increased level of backbiting and infighting which saddens me.

I'm suprised that Benji hasn't pointed out this fact so I'll do it for him:

As others have pointed out, he has had his Redten and his Clode agreements cancelled. Rather than use this a stick to beat him with you should realsie that this means he's under no obligation to remain in touch with Redten or post on this forum. He could wash his hands of the whole business and leave us to it if he so desired. That he has continued posting here and kept finding out and passing on information in the face of a lot of increasinlgy snide comments speaks a lot about his character and his desire to see us all get a result.

Please don't let this thread degenerate any further. Increase the peace and lets concentrate on the real enemy:beer:

it still doesn't alter the fact that he is in regular contact with Mr Gulzar and is getting information that by rights should be passed to us first. Benji had his agreements cancelled three weeks ago yet he has more to say from redten than they do themselves. why is this? why cant redten deal with us the customers that are still trying to contact them? why cant ofcom get hold of redten? and as i have stated before why is it that redten can talk to an ex customer and not us?

Redten thus far have shown scant regard for it's customers, why would it do any different now?

I think we all agree that Baber and Redten should communicate with us. Obviously that's not going to happen, Which is why I for one am grateful for Benji and his efforts - it's a damn sight better than nothing.
