and maybe some dissinformation or maybe this sittuation is just becoming more unacceptable by the day its not my intention to get mad just even0 -
After recieving a fabulous call today from trading Standards I have now scripted my final letter to Redten.
If I receive less than a satisfactory response, then they will stand by me in the claims court.
I just want a final answer - this has been going on too long to be any but a fiasco of the highest order. All the information here is rumors or reports from Clode, NJP. Nothing has come from Redten. This pretty much sums up the whole story, taking into account nearly 4000 posts in this forum.0 -

Redten and Clode would like nothing more than for us to become disjointed and demoralised. I appreciate and share everyones frustration (putting it mildly), but apart from some mild humour to keep a smile on our faces, let's keep to the subject on this thread.

I think that sums up my position pretty well. The abusive posts can only harm the case, they won't do any of us any favours. You are free to post what you want but my advice has always been to not post abusive messages.0 -
If MSE do get involved it will be a bonus ,,but they don't owe us anything we dont pay for this forum so they could have just locked this thread when it started taking up space on there server or using there bandwidth.
I don't understand your point, I agree that MSE getting involved would be a bonus and they could lock this thread whenever they want. I've never said anything to the contrary.0 -

Cant you see that your close contact with the MD of redten (its quite sweet how you refet to hime as Baber) is likely to wind us up. Whilst I am very grateful for the information you are providing, would it not be more appropriate for you to use your 'connection' with Baber to try and guide some OFFICAL response from redten.
In your 'frequent' conversations with Baber, have you not stressed this point to him?
So thanks Benji for the info, but try to bear in mind that because of the position you are in & because you can actually get contact with redten - it could be seen that you are the closest thing to an offical spokeperson that we have and as such you my get a bit of flack from time to time.

I can understand people's frustrations, BUT abusive posts are going too far, simple as that.
I don't get your bit about calling him Baber, that's his name.
I have stressed many times with him the need for more official communication to come out. I have posted details of this before.0 -

when calling redten you dont even get to speak to anyone and they hang up and if you ever have spoken to Paul how about how rude and agressive he is to the customers. no offence but i really want any contact from redten to come from redten. im the customer i want them to talk to me. im sure many others share that sentiment. im fed up, i want answers direct from them not through somebody else. if this goes to court are they going to send you to speak on their behalf???0 -
