Incidentally all my Recorded Delivery letters to each of the above where signed for at Redten and Clode, but not at NJP. These were all sent on the 5th April. They all must have had their customer relations staff on the same course!0 -

even the bbc say with careful use (i.e. directed at an inahuman object, say for example a company) that the use of the word gay as a negative insult is acceptable. and they should know, the bbc's full of marmite drillers.

Anyone had any joy getting hold of anyone at Redten recently, not heard of anyone having anything said but them for ages, seems they either don't pick up anymore, or just hang up

Hello.
Just sent this email off to Clode. I managed to get two of the 'you're all music and film pirating scum and so for your own good we're controlling how much you use the internet, so now shut up and go away' letters.
Further to your letter of reply dated 9th April concerning my complaint regarding Redten.
Thank you for your reply, however I do not believe you have addresses the problems raised in my first letter. Therefore I am unable to consider the matter resolved until either the restoration of the original conditions or you confirm the termination of the contract due to your breech.
Your arguments in the letter against providing an unlimited facility are both perverse and irrelevant. If this were a temporary measure I would of expected an announcement from Redten. The lack of any notice or contact leads me to believe that Redten are experiencing cash flow problems and have decided their best course of action is to remain silent. Secondly your assertion that 15GB per month will prove more than sufficient is neither yours or Redtens to make. I have contracted both Redten and Clode to provide me with an unlimited usage broadband connection and if you are unable or unwilling to provide this then please confirm. We can then arrange a date for the laptops and router to be collected, once all my monies have been returned.
I look forward to you response.
I tried not to get too angry towards them but as I reread their letter it got very hard. How bloody patronising is their letter!

took half a days holiday to try and get some joy from this nightmare!!! ...talked to ofcom again today there still trying to contact redscam, told me to keep trying....told them again what chance have I, if you the so called governing body cant get in touch with them they apologised and said they are doing all they can. Rang redscum the usual no response, Spoke to clode to ask if they have recieved my complaint from the Financial Ombudsman replied yes, asked the state of play and was told they are in talks with redten and we will all "guaranteed" receive a letter no later than wed. with a final resolution. I went on to say could he divulge anything that was on the letter, as I just want out. Was then told just wait and see the proposal.....here's hoping.:huh:0
