deadten in dispute with BT saying that some customers are not getting good service so they stop paying, customers in dispute with deadten (all customers not getting good service) but we still have to pay.

I agree with the sentiment but this is enough to make a saint swear, what is more to the point when it comes to earning a living and families etc. Clode don't seem to care about that either as they made Mark Jenkins redundant yesterday, his words not mine......, and who knows maybe others as well, I am sure they are not telling us what is going on within their (dis) - organisation. Sleep well gentlemen, I most certainly shall, tomorrow is another day, and every day that passes does more harm to Clode and Redten than to us.

Thanks for the update JP and thanksd to everyone else as well.

If it is true that MJ has been made redundant that can only mean one thing--Clode retailfinance division of V12 finance is no longer viable either. There was no question of that scenario last month.

Watch out next month for swap around companies.

I have asked Clode formerly for two solutions to the finance agreement with redten.

    1. Full refund of all I have paid until now and cancellation of the finance agreement, on the basis of the broken contract by them and redten. They can have the PC back in this circumstance.

    or

    2. Cancellation of remaining unused broadband agreement. ie cancellation of the finance agreement as of now.

If they do not accept one or other then I will lodge a claim for a county court judgement against them for the costs of the replacement service I have had to contract plus the costs entailed in doing that. So far Clode will owe me £150+ The longer it runs and the more expense that I incur in chasing them, the more it will cost them.

They have until the 23rd to respond.

    Keep up the good work.

    FCI.

I can understand everyone's frustration when on the phone to said companies, my understanding is that all be it Clode as a company are just advising that we contact Redten, their customer service is actually responding and if not the right advice they are actually communicating with us, so please try and remain calm with these guys. On the other hand Redten seem to have failed on the customer service side, with their sniggering then putting the phone down etc, I just think a written (with recorded delivery) is the only approach with Redten, even if nothing comes back at least you have the record of it. The phone calls are wasting your time and money. Just my thoughts guys.

    This being an example.

I suggest that posts like this are removed. I am still here trying to help resolve this issue for people. If people are going to have this attitude then I won't help them. Simple as that.

    Benjimoron,

The poster wants the company to fold asap, hardly over the top, albeit not worded perfectly.

You were aghast at the level of censorship on this thread, adding to it does not help in these circumstances.

I actually thought the post was quite amusing, letting out a little blurt of frustration whilst realising it's not the end of the world.

Wanting a company to fold and giving them abuse on a public forum are two very different things.

People may want the company to fold but posting on a public forum to encourage that could lead them into trouble.

Deleting posts for no reason was my problem, posts like that should be deleted.

    Benji,

Is that really you, or has your account been hacked by others with an ulterior motive ?

If a poster wants to let out some frustration, due to the misconduct by RedTen/Clode then I see no harm.

I'm just a little perplexed at the moment with your shifting attituted to censorship. Perhaps I'm misinterpreting your comments ?

    i understand your confusion

i've wondered the same since redten told me they weren't bothering to post on this forum themselves as benji was more or less doing it for them.
i don't know whether that means they'd just be doubling up by repeating the phone lines offer that benji informed us of, or that he's now somekind of spokesman for them.

either way i'm just glad there's been some information through him.
as far as letting off steam goes though - vent away! maybe redten will realise how much they're pi**ing us all off (as if they care)

    redten is gay!

As I quite clearly stated these were my views right at the start of this (as proved by my quote), my views haven't changed.

I believe that posting remarks such as have been posted lately could cause the posters of those remarks harm. It could also cause the case as a whole harm if people were to join forces.
