    Thank you very much for your help it seems a lot of people are affected by all this i have put two links below one to a forum on moneysavingexpert which has been the main point of contact for those affected also a link to a pettition site that we are all signing to help give an idea of the numbers of those affected

    :money: I appreciate the use of this forum, and the fact that our grievance is outside of Martin's normal sphere.
    However, Martin did kindly step in and offer to help if he could. It's been a few weeks now, can someone on the team give us an update - or are Redten/Clode giving you the runaround too?
