Just phoned Mr Gulzar on his mobile as Ive just about reached my limit, gbs, he said that Clode will be sending letter next week offering everyone a deal, paying half what you are paying now until the end of your contract, although this will differ with every individual case. I told him Id just about reached my download limit already and he said he would try and sort something out and that they are trying to increase the limit to 20gbs. He said he would put all this in an email to me, if this does happen I will let you know.

Have been on the phone to the FOS today explained my case and lodged my complaint that clode are not willing to accept any liability in this case, they as we speak are looking into it. Asked why they could not help anyone who signed up before apr.07 to be told they did not deal with consumer finance agreements before that date.

Should be an interesting letter from Clode, if it says what they say it'll say then it should be a clear admission that financial compensation is due.

If they're willing to take £10 a month less then why don't they just buy unlimited access with that money? Think clode want £10 a month rather than £0?

I assume that the letters are only going to go to those who complain, ie 99% of people will still be paying full price for a service that they still don't know is limited!

contact bt from your home fone call 150 and ask for the tagging department
my line wasnt tagged so i didnt need a mac code to move to o2

they will tell you if line is tagged or not
