guys who has access to companies house data, could you please provide redten profile pdf or something similar? I'm interested in their current registered address.

I've got advices from several lawyers and preparing to fill a claim against redten probably next week (waiting for an answer from them), really fed up with them.

Anyone wish to join me or provide their complaints that I will add to the case please PM me.

    Hi folks,

Got a call from Redten on Friday apologising for my problems and to expect a call from them on Tuesday with details on a deal they are prepared to do me. I was told it would be Mr Gulzar himself making the call.. I was very polite and said ok no worries.

Thing is, if he is going to offer me a way out by buying the PC then he is going to be disappointed. I aint paying them for their breach, its not me that wants out its them which have breached the contract. So Ill let you all know how I get on - be interesting to see what he has to say.

Only thing Ill accept is immediate cancellation and supply of MAC. Other than receiving the service I am paying for of course :)

He's going to offer you unlimited internet with another backbone provider, as long as you transfer your line rental over to the backbone provider at an additional £16 per month. That's what he is going to offer you. Basically, it would be like moving over to TalkTalk (line rental, calls and ADSL) and paying the same as other Talktalk customers, except you'd still have to pay Clode on top. So you'd be worse off than other Talktalk customers, as they'd only be paying £16 a month for their line rental/calls and ADSL, whereas you'd be making your payments to Clode, plus the extra £16 per month. What it really means is that you're paying for the PC, as ADSL is free if you transfer your line rental and calls over to Talktalk (the £16 is for line rental and calls).
